We hope you absolutely love your Bronz & Hide purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Approved change-of-mind returns will be refunded for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
COWHIDE & NATURAL LEATHER
One of the things we love most about genuine cowhide and leather is that every piece is unique.
Natural variations in colour, markings, pattern, texture and grain are part of the character of genuine hide and leather. Your item may therefore vary slightly from photographs shown on our website.
These natural variations are not considered faults or defects.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue.
We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate solution.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, those rights will apply regardless of our change-of-mind policy.
RETURN CONDITION
Please take care when trying or handling your purchase. Items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original packaging or tags may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
